Job Description
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Implement and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Identify and lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Finance Director and executive team.
- Champion change management initiatives within the finance & accounting function.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of controlling, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
