Job Description
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights
- Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closing
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, Thai accounting standards, and IFRS
- Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks and risk management processes
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Optimize liquidity and financing structures to support operations and projects
- Lead and develop finance teams across FP&A and accounting functions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems
- Support investment analysis, project financing, and cost optimization initiatives
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance
- Solid knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
