Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities.
Manage fund budgets, ensuring effective planning, utilisation, monitoring, and compliance with funding and budget requirements.
Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and forecasts to support operational and business decision-making.
Monitor cash budgets and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding and effective resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, governance policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
Partner with stakeholders to provide financial guidance, drive process improvements, and lead the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial activities.

The Talent Requirements

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and finance operations.
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance requirements.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, assess financial risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
Experience in process improvement, finance transformation, and team leadership, with strong communication and people management skills
