Job Description
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and compliance with regulations.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and optimize working capital and debt structures.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and profitability optimization across all brands.
- Supervise IT operations, ensuring robust systems and cybersecurity measures.
- Plan and implement technology investments to support business objectives.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and technological risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, labor regulations, and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to support strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
- CPA and IPO experience will be a plus.
- 10-15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in consolidated financial reporting, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; fluent in Thai and English.
