Job Description
- Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with organizational objectives

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger and closing cycles

- Maintain compliance with local taxation, statutory regulations, and reporting requirements
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure overall financial sustainability
- Supervise treasury operations including payments, banking, and reconciliations
- Oversee billing processes and revenue collection cycles
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Support procurement processes and contract reviews to ensure cost efficiency
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and data integrity

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications preferred)
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles with team management responsibility
- Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, taxation, and internal controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong English proficiency
