Job Description
- Oversee all finance, accounting, and tax operations, including foreign exchange and customs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with mid-term business objectives and global trends.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and governance standards.
- Manage consolidated financial reporting for regional and global stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Provide financial and tax advisory support to affiliated companies within the group.
- Drive risk management initiatives to safeguard corporate assets and reputation.
- Enhance organizational efficiency and systems for finance and administration.
- Supervise corporate affairs functions, including General Affairs, Public Relations, and Government Relations.
- Manage CSR activities and donation budgets effectively.
- Support talent development and succession planning for mid-management teams.
- Optimize cost management and leverage BOI privileges and tax incentives.
- Collaborate closely with CFO and EVP to achieve business and division goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles within large corporations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial regulations (local and international).
- Expertise in strategic planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including government and financial institutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational development.
