Finance Executive

Job Scope:

• Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper settlement across entities.
• Maintain and update supporting schedules for financial reporting.
• Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Review AR/AP postings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and file monthly tax reports (e.g., SST) and ensure tax compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirement:

• Bachelor of Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting or Finance field
• Prior experience in Audit will be an added advantage
• Able to work on tight deadlines
