Join one of Singapore's leading real estate groups and playa key role in the financial reporting and stewardship of a portfolio spanning investment properties, development projects, hospitality assets and joint ventures.
This role offers extensive exposure to IFRS technical accounting, property valuations, audit management, business partnering and finance transformation initiatives, working closely with senior finance leaders, business stakeholders, external valuers and auditors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reporting schedules, journal entries and statutory financial statements in compliance with SFRS(I).
- Manage accounting and reporting for a large portfolio of investment properties and development projects.
- Coordinate annual fair value accounting and impairment assessments.
- Analyse financial results, perform balance sheet reviews and investigate key variances.
- Support development project accounting, revenue recognition, cost capitalisation and joint venture reporting.
- Partner with business teams, valuers and external auditors on complex accounting matters.
- Prepare audit schedules, address audit queries and support year-end audit processes.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and finance transformation projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm
- Strong knowledge of SFRS(I)
- Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
