We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Executive in our Finance team. You will be responsible for Collection, Billing and Payment.
What you'll do: (Key Accountabilities & Key Deliverables)
- Billing & Collection prepare and post accounting journal entries.
- Issue and Record customer receipts and perform AR reconciliation
- Assist in checking freight invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Match invoices with supporting documents and approvals.
- Prepare payment requests and assist with payment processing.
- Support credit control and follow up outstanding balances
- Prepare monthly tax submission with supporting documents
- Another assign by manager
Who you are: (Required-Knowledge, Experience, Education & Skills)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of Thailand tax regulations (WHT, VAT) is preferred.
