We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Executive in our Finance team. You will be responsible for Collection, Billing and Payment.

What you'll do: (Key Accountabilities & Key Deliverables)

  • Billing & Collection prepare and post accounting journal entries.
  • Issue and Record customer receipts and perform AR reconciliation
  • Assist in checking freight invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Match invoices with supporting documents and approvals.
  • Prepare payment requests and assist with payment processing.
  • Support credit control and follow up outstanding balances
  • Prepare monthly tax submission with supporting documents
  • Another assign by manager

Who you are: (Required-Knowledge, Experience, Education & Skills)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Thailand tax regulations (WHT, VAT) is preferred.
