Job Description:
- Oversee daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, payment control, and operational finance processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing
- Handle tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, and statutory submissions
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
- Maintain accounting accuracy, internal controls, and SOP implementation
- Support management reporting, financial analysis, and business decision-making
- Partner closely with Operations and HR teams to support store expansion and business growth
- Coordinate with China HQ regarding financial reporting and operational matters
- Improve financial processes and operational efficiency during company expansion
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles
- Fluent in Mandarin Language, with working proficiency in Thai language.
- Prior experience as FAT Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager is preferred
- Experience in retail, chain business, F&B, beauty, wellness, or service industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of:Financial reporting, Thailand accounting standards, Tax compliance & VAT Cash flow management
- Hands-on and operationally strong profile
- Experience working in Chinese-funded companies is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and problem-solving capability
- Able to work independently in fast-paced expansion environment
Budget: 60,000 – 75,000 THB/month
