Main Responsibilities

• Update accounting data ensure information are accurate and available whenever needed

• Prepare financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc), handle bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for entities, performance analysis and variance investigation and reporting

• Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, handle annual audit & tax enquiries from auditor and tax agent

• Assist with other accounting projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

• At least 3 years full set experience

• Strong accounting knowledge

• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Prior working experience in F&B, POS, Microsoft NAV is a plus

• Cheerful personality and team player.
