Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager to support and drive financial excellence for our Thailand operations. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and business partnering, working closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and comprehensive business performance analysis; closely monitor cost structure, gross margin, and key financial indicators, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations to management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of local business operations and oversee financial accounting systems and processes across multiple business models, ensuring effective finance-business integration and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with Thailand tax regulations; monitor regulatory changes, design tax planning strategies, and proactively identify and mitigate potential tax risks.
  • Manage daily operations of the Thailand finance team, optimize resource allocation, and act as a strategic finance partner to the General Manager and cross-functional business teams.
  • Execute ad-hoc financial analyses and assignments from management to support corporate strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or within a BOI-certified manufacturing environment in Thailand, and at least 5 years of overseas finance-related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to accept long-term overseas assignment and adapt to working and living in Thailand.
