Finance Manager (Based in Thailand)

Morgan McKinley is currently partnering with a global organisation to hire a Finance Manager based in Thailand. This is a key leadership position for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting & Thai tax expertise with financial planning, business partnering and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Thailand Finance team, overseeing day-to-day finance operations

• Own the preparation and closing of full-set financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely month-end/year-end reporting

• Ensure compliance with IFRS/TFRS, including practical application of IFRS 16

• Manage Thai tax compliance and Transfer Pricing, including documentation and application of the Arm's Length Principle

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and financial performance analysis

• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations and other business functions to drive timely closing and improve business performance

• Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting while providing insights to senior management

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, ideally within an MNC environment

• Proven experience leading and developing a finance/accounting team

• Strong hands-on experience managing full-set accounts and financial reporting

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/TFRS, IFRS 16, Thai taxation and Transfer Pricing

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work effectively across non-finance functions

• Fluent communication skills in Thai and English

• CPD licence required
