Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager ( Electric Mobility)

Reporting To: AVP - Finance

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the

company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage financial

reporting, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess

strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and experience managing finance

functions in a fast-paced environment.

Please note : Prior experience in the Electric Mobility (EV) , Mobility, Logistics or

Supply Chain industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning Analysis

• Monitor business performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.

3. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other
• statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

4. Cash Flow Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and fund utilization.
• Optimize cash management processes.

5. Accounts Receivable Payable

• Oversee invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of receivables and payables.

6. Internal Controls Process Improvement

• Implement and strengthen financial controls and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts
• Prior experience in the Electric Mobility (EV), Mobility, Logistics or Supply
• Chain industry is mandatory.
• Experience in startups, mobility, logistics, or technology-driven businesses is
• preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Timely financial reporting and MIS submission.
• Statutory compliance adherence.
• Cash flow management efficiency.
• Budget vs. actual performance.
• Reduction in outstanding receivables
