Job Description
SCOPE AND PURPOSE
To guarantee the organization and coordination of financial, administrative, planning activities, according to Company standard policies and procedures and following the strategic guidelines.
To ensure a regular reporting system towards the referring manager, the Corporate and the respective Local Business Controller, in line with national and international requirements and standards, supporting the management as for decision making processes.
RESULT AREAS/MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Guarantees a proper organization of the information coming from the Finance activities, according Brembo standard and methodologies, in order to guarantee an efficient and effective administrative transition, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data loaded.
- Ensures the preparation of company balance sheets (industrial balance sheet included) and the defined reports (quarterly and six-month), according to the national and international standard and requirements, ensuring the compliance with the administrative fulfillment.
- Ensures the administration of the whole company registers (i.e. book of account etc.), according to national and international legislation in force and to corporate procedures.
- Ensures that all the corporate policies and procedures are properly applied.
- Guarantees the development and proposal of systems and local procedures in order to protect company wealth and improve financial issues management.
- Manages the tax aspect for the company, according to Company guidelines and national and international standards.
- Guarantees the implementation and management of a regular reporting system towards the Corporate and the respective Business Controller.
- Coordinates the activities related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensures support to the management in the decision-making processes, through a continuous financial information report.
- Ensures support to the Sales, Operations/Manufacturing and Product Development functional areas as a concern for return of investment, product costs, inventory (warehouses) computation and control.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial administration, management, and fiscal matters, in compliance with national and international regulations
- Solid understanding of banking and treasury operations, including cash management and banking transactions
- Proven experience in Financial Controlling activities, including cost control, variance analysis, and performance monitoring
- In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting principles
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning techniques
- Comprehensive understanding of Company Financial Statements, including statutory, industrial balance sheets, and management reporting
- Ability to perform financial and business risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and protection of company assets
- Experience in corporate reporting and compliance, aligned with Group policies and Company financial frameworks
- Capability to support management decision-making through financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and financial insight
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance functions, with exposure to controlling, planning, and corporate reporting in a multinational environment
- CPD (Continuing Professional Development) compliance in accordance with professional accounting and finance standards is strongly desirable
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance functions, with exposure to controlling, planning, and corporate reporting in
a multinational environment.
