Position Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Responsible for monitoring customer ageing and ensure compliance with regulatory laws.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Liaise with bankers for financing matters including new financing, review financing facility, and etc.
- Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partially artially completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Must possess CPD License
- More than 8 years experience in Accounting / finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle full sets of financial statements.
