We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the company's financial operations, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle financial management of Thailand subsidiary, ensuring compliance with TAS and Group financial policies.
- Lead preparation & analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Review local tax filings (VAT, CIT, WHT, etc.) and support BOI application, maintenance & annual compliance.
- Support the applications , renewals and annual compliance reporting for BOI
- Coordinate external audits/tax inspections, prepare documents and track progress.
- Optimize internal processes and manage local finance team to enhance efficiency.
- Lead, coach and upskill a local team of accountants and analysts.
- Liaise with local banks, tax authorities and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Auditing related field.
- 5+years financial management experience in manufacturing; Thailand fullcycle finance experience preferred.
- Proficient in Thai Accounting Standards, local tax laws and BOI compliance processes.
- Ability to independently handle Thai tax filings and audit coordination.
- Skilled in financial software and advanced Excel functions.
- Mandatory: Fluent Thai, professional working English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong crosscultural communication, pressure resistance and team collaboration skills.
- Local Thai accounting qualifications (CPD/CAT) highly preferred.
