As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a professional Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting team to support the manufacturing business in Thailand and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accounting professional to oversee the daily operation to maintain accuracy and comply with the company / group standards, best practices, and operation efficiency across all processes
- Manage annual budgeting process by working closely with finance and business leaders across the company
- Manage month-end closing & financial analysis; statutory reporting; forecasting; management reporting; cash management; ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements
- Deal with tax computation, tax planning and transfer pricing; dealing with annual statutory audit, external and internal auditors
- Responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities in order to provide insights to management to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Responsible for the process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial and accounting operations
- Responsible for deliver training and ongoing development to the team, fostering professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; with at least 15 years of relevant working experience with minimum 8 years at managerial level
- Professional qualification such as CPA/CPD or similar
- Prior experience or involvement in improvement projects would be considered a plus
- Prior experience with BOI is preferred
- Meticulous, hands-on, independent; exercise initiative, self-motivated, able to work in dynamic working environment with good work pressure management and a can-do spirit; and is able to work well with different stakeholders
- Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities, strong problem-solving acumen, and a collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in using MS office is required and Prior experience in ERP implementation is preferred
- Good command of English
