Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-spectrum accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and cost accounting
Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accounting staff to ensure strong performance and timely deliverables
Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and company policies
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with leadership experience managing a team
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Hands-on experience with IFS system is highly preferred
Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
