We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business performance
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial risks to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements for greater accuracy and efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role (experience in hospitality is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Experience in audit coordination and financial control environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Oracle experience is preferred)
