Our client is a leading logistics company, and they are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, general ledger entries, and full month-end close procedures.
- Produce accurate financial statements, detailed management reports, and variance explanations to enable informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and ongoing performance tracking across all business units.
- Maintain full compliance with Thai accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), local tax laws, revenue department regulations, customs duties, and robust internal controls.
- Act as primary liaison with external auditors; prepare audit schedules and fully support audit fieldwork and reviews.
- Manage cash flow planning and forecasting; track daily liquidity, review cash inflows/outflows, and propose initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance & accounting team to build capability and ensure high performance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
- 510 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting; prior exposure to the logistics or supply-chain industry is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles, financial statement preparation, budgeting & forecasting, and internal control frameworks
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), ERP systems (CW1 Software experience advantageous), and financial reporting applications
- Excellent command in both Thai and English
