Finance Manager (Manufacturing) Nakhon Pathom

Location:Nakhon Chaisi, Nakhon Pathom (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our Thailand plant. This role includes ensuring compliance, managing financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions across multiple business functions. The position reports directly to the Vice President Finance (APAC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations for the factory, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee cash flow and supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Act as the primary contact for audits and regulatory authorities, maintaining strong governance standards.
  • Develop and track financial KPIs to support business objectives and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to provide actionable financial insights and optimize processes.
  • Implement internal controls and conduct regular audits to identify risks and ensure asset protection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 810 years of experience in finance leadership, with 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; familiarity with BOI requirements is an advantage.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Location

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, at the Nakhon Chaisi plant in Nakhon Pathom.
