Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our Thailand plant. This role involves ensuring compliance, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions across multiple business functions. You will report directly to the Vice President Finance (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities for the factory, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Manage cash flow effectively and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Serve as the main point of contact for audits and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong compliance standards.
- Develop and monitor financial performance indicators to support business goals and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to provide actionable financial insights and optimize processes.
- Strengthen internal control systems and conduct regular audits to identify risks and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, with 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; familiarity with BOI requirements is a plus.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Well communicate in Thai and English
