Job Summary
Join as a Finance Manager to lead finance operations, drive strategic financial planning, and support business growth through effective financial management and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management decisions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements to mitigate risks and maintain legal standards
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory processes
- Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Manage payroll, CPF contributions, GST filings, and corporate tax matters to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Provide detailed financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, CPF, and corporate tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting
- Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive team and organizational success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
