Finance Manager (FPnA / Finance BP / Budgeting)

Responsibilities

Business Finance Support

Understand the company's business model, cost structure, and profitability in Thailand.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy execution.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.

Track budget performance, analyze variances, and support improvement actions.

Cost & Profit Analysis

Analyze project costs, expense structure, and gross margins.

Identify risks and opportunities; support cost optimization initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.

Build KPI dashboards to support data-driven business management.

Internal Control & Compliance

Ensure financial processes follow Thai regulations and group policies.

Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and vendor compliance checks.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with business teams, finance teams, and HQ to support coordination.

Assist with financial systems, process improvement, and digitalization projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; Finance or related major preferred.
• Able to use Chinese as a working language to communicate with China counterpart
• 3+ years in financial analysis / fpna, Finance BP, or management accounting.
• Experience with Chinese enterprises in Thailand is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting; experience in manufacturing, engineering, leasing, or large private companies is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Thai accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
