A leading Chinese-listed intelligent electronic equipment materials company with offices in the USA, Singapore & Thailand is recruiting Finance Manager in Rayong with attractive benefits.
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall financial operations of the company, including financial accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, and settlement work
- 1.1 Prepare and maintain the company's general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all business transactions.
- 1.2 Review original vouchers and handle daily accounting tasks, audit expenses and expenditures for various projects, and maintain and manage the payment approval process.
- 1.3 Coordinate with the group finance team for monthly/quarterly/annual closing and consolidation of group financial statements.
- 1.4 Act as a bridge between group finance and the local team to ensure the implementation of group standard operating procedures locally.
- 1.5 Be responsible for local subsidiary asset management and process development.
2. Comprehensive responsibility for cost accounting and control
- 2.1 SAP setup for product cost and daily analysis.
- 2.2 Quotation for new products.
- 2.3 Monthly business analysis report, conducting in-depth analysis of operational indicators and variances, and providing recommendations to the management team.
- 2.4 Coordinate with multiple departments to implement key business initiatives and action plans.
- 2.5 Organize the annual budget and rolling forecast.
3. Audit, Taxation, and Compliance
- 3.1 Liaise with the group and local audit teams to complete the annual audit.
- 3.2 Tax compliance In accordance with local Thai tax laws and regulations, submit all necessary tax reports on time, and handle VAT and income tax filings to ensure tax compliance.
- 3.3 BOI audit and reporting.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in auditing, finance, business management, or related fields, with fluency in Thai and Chinese.
2. Over 8 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises.
3. Proficient in computer office systems; experience with large ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
4. Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and rules related to corporate internal control, risk management, and compliance management.
5. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Thai CPD (Certified Public Accountant) qualification certificate.
6. Strong analytical and independent thinking abilities, with robust judgment and decision-making skills.
