Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager

Report to: GM

Our client is a Chinese invested company in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) for the industrial estate projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) .

2.Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Monitor project costs related to infrastructure development and estate maintenance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.

3.Tax & Compliance (CPD Role):

• As a licensed CPD, sign off on financial statements and ensure full compliance with the Thai Revenue Department and legal regulations.
• Manage the taxation matters (PND., PP., VAT, Specific Business Tax, and Corporate Income Tax) to ensure timely and accurate filing.
• Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and the Revenue Department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPD)
3. Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance management experience in Thailand.

Salary Range: THB 60000-80000/Month
