We are seeking a hands‑on APAC Plant Financial Manager to lead finance and tax for our manufacturing plants in Thailand and India.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the on‑site finance lead based in Thailand, responsible for accounting, cost control, compliance, tax, and commercial finance support across both sites.

  • Full ownership of finance and tax for the Thailand and India plants
  • Ensure accurate accounting and financial management at local subsidiaries; drive cost control and compliance
  • Prepare financial deliverables including statutory financial statements, management reports, and detailed cost analyses
  • Manage tax matters including oversee local tax filings, recommend tax planning strategies, and monitor tax incentive policies
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities, customs, and other government bodies
  • Provide commercial finance input on procurement, sales, fixed assets, and other local business transactions
  • Execute ad‑hoc assignments from the Group Finance Center

What You Can Offer the Company

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Tax, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven track record in cost accounting and supply chain finance experience in the manufacturing sector. With experience at an India plant is strongly advantageous
  • Familiarity with tax and investment regulations in both Thailand and India
  • Logical thinker, able to perform under pressure, proactive, responsible, and willing to commit to a long‑term overseas assignment
  • Strong, practical cost accounting skills in a manufacturing setting; Comfortable rolling up sleeves and lead implementation
  • Fluent in English and Chinese as this role requires to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
