FINANCE MANAGER / FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth support for business operations in Thailand, including budget management, business performance analysis, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Provide financial analysis and decision-making support for business scenarios involving sales, trade, factory operations, and project investments.
- Monitor key financial indicators, including revenue, costs, expenses, profit, and cash flow, to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in annual budgeting, monthly business reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses; identify operational risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with business, supply chain, procurement, operations, and other departments to strengthen cost control, optimize expenses, and implement financial processes.
- Prepare management reports, business analysis reports, and other financial data and reports required by headquarters.
- Support local accounting, taxation, audits, and internal control activities to ensure compliant business operations in Thailand.
- Support investment estimation, project evaluation, and other ad hoc finance-related assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant finance experience, preferably in finance business partnering, business performance analysis, or commercial finance support.
- Candidates with local finance experience or business support experience in Thailand will be preferred.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budget management, and business partnering.
- Solid business acumen, with excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and project-driving skills.
- English can be used as a working language; proficiency in Thai is preferred.
- Able and willing to work in Ang Thong Province, Thailand, on a long-term basis.
