Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation, verifying financial accounting vouchers, including both revenue and expense aspects.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters finance team and local accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Support headquarters in implementing sales and financial operation processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and manage office correspondence, including letters, and packages and placing orders
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities and perform general administrative tasks
  • Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, preparing and organizing office documents and reports, and assisting in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role, preferably with financial accounting responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in payroll administration and tax compliance is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
