Position Title: Finance Officer

Work Location: Amata Industrial Estate, Chonburi, Thailand

Must Have:

  1. At least 2 years financial work experience; and
  2. Native in Thai and fluent in English (Mandarin is not required but a strong advantage)

Your duties as a Finance Officer include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Assist in preparing the annual financial budget, track budget execution, and complete monthly/quarterly financial analysis reports.
  2. Be responsible for daily corporate accounting, including cost allocation, expense verification, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
  3. Manage company bank accounts, follow up on supplier and customer settlements, handle accounts receivable and payable, monitor the company's fund utilization, and ensure rational allocation and security of operating capital.
  4. Handle tax filing, tax accounting, and tax compliance matters, and coordinate to complete the annual audit.
  5. Establish and improve the company's financial systems, processes, and prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports, providing standardized procedures and data support for management decision-making.
  6. Handle other temporary tasks assigned by the management.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Native proficiency in Thai, with fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  3. Minimum 2 years of financial work experience in a manufacturing enterprise. Familiar with financial management workflows, Thai tax regulations, and accounting standards. Practical experience in local tax filing is required.
  4. Experience in using financial software, proficient in common office software, with expertise in Excel.
  5. Strong numerical sensitivity and data analysis skills. Meticulous, conscientious, and detail-oriented work attitude.
