Job Description
- Lead transformation projects across finance functions (R2R, O2C, P2P) to improve efficiency and scalability
- Identify and implement process improvements using digital solutions and Lean methodologies
- Develop frameworks for process assessments and value stream mapping
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Build business cases for optimization initiatives and ensure successful deployment
- Collaborate with finance leaders, process owners, and fintech teams on workflow enhancements
- Design KPIs to measure process effectiveness and maintain a centralized process repository
- Mentor team members on finance optimization projects and ensure skill development
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and support organizational change initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Operation Excellence Manager or Senior Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in finance process improvement or operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) and business process management
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) *Mandatory*
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in building process inventories and familiarity with financial statements
- Ecommerce industry experience is a plus
