About The Team

The Finance Operations Associate supports the day‑to‑day financial processes within the retail business, ensuring accurate billing, timely reconciliation, and smooth coordination with internal and external partners. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. The ideal candidate helps maintain operational accuracy and contributes to continuous improvement across financial workflows.

Job Description

  • Support daily finance operations to ensure smooth and accurate workflow, especially in billing management, back margin collection, and cash flow tracking.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining financial processes related to back margin agreements, reconciliation, billing cycles, and cash flow monitoring with retail partners.
  • Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly finance related reports, including back margin tracking, billing summaries, fee calculations, and cash flow updates.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with clear data insights, back margin and billing calculation clarifications, and timely financial documentation.
  • Work with the BI team and AR finance to help automate processes for billing cycles, back margin report and collections
  • Participate in improving systems and workflows by identifying gaps in billing accuracy, collection efficiency, cash flow visibility, and reconciliation processes.
  • Continuously support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and overall financial effectiveness across back margin, billing, and cash flow operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, auditing, or related roles
  • Experience in billing, collections, or dispute resolution processes is a strong advantage.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
