Role Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Cash Flow monitoring, and Budget tracking. The role works closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information that supports business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor payments and client invoicing
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Ensure accurate records and adherence to payment terms

• Track daily cash balances and liquidity position
• Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast
• Highlight risks and variances in cash projections

• Oversee payments, reimbursements, and payroll processing
• Maintain organized financial documentation

• Track performance against budget and support forecasting
• Prepare variance analysis and weekly cash summaries
• Maintain accurate P&L reporting

• Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Work with external accountants and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years experience in finance operations, AP, or cash management
• Strong understanding of payment processes and cash flow fundamentals
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
• Experience in SME or fast-growing environments
