Finance Planning & Analysis Manager(Commercial)

Core Role:

• Lead and integrate all core finance functions while serving as a strategic partner to the CFO & BU heads in driving performance, enabling business decisions.
• Lead full FP&A and Controllership functions.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
• Play a lead role in cross-functional projects (e.g., ERP upgrades, finance transformation).
• Exposure to M&A, capital structure, treasury, or investor relations
• Experience managing multi-country, multi-entity environments.
• Work in a matrixed or fast-scaling organization.
• Strong grasp of financial modeling, scenario analysis, and value-driver frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation, digital finance tools, or finance transformation is a major advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Strong business acumen — understands business models, operational levers, and value drivers.
• Able to translate numbers into strategic insight for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
