ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budget variance analysis, cost forecasting, and spending trend evaluation on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business decision-making
  • Monitor actual spending versus budget allocations and prepare detailed variance reports for management review and departmental stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate budget planning, spending forecasts, and achievement of financial targets
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data, purchase requisitions, and budget availability before proceeding with transactions
  • Analyze and reconcile financial records to ensure correct expense classification and provide comprehensive reports to relevant departments
  • Establish and maintain standard cost forecasts and inventory variance analyses to optimize financial performance
  • Prepare clear, professional financial presentations and reports that communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or accounting roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a goal-oriented manner

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools and methodologies
  • Experience in cost accounting, standard costing, or inventory management
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills with a collaborative mindset
