Job Summary
Finance Section Manager is responsible for executing and coordinating day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, timely analysis, and effective collaboration across teams. This role supports implementation of internal controls and ensures operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. FP&A Execution & Reporting
- Prepare and manage budgeting and dynamic forecasting (DF) processes
- Produce financial reports, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Maintain financial models and support data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate with Group FP&A for reporting submissions and alignment
2. Accounting Coordination & Reporting Control
- Coordinate with Accounting Shared Services on month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Review financial data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
- Ensure reporting timelines are met and issues are resolved promptly
3. Internal Control & Compliance Execution
- Support implementation and monitoring of internal control processes and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations
- Maintain documentation and evidence to support audits and control testing
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely remediation
4. Tax & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on filings, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and readiness for tax and regulatory reviews
5. Treasury & Cash Flow Execution
- Coordinate with Treasury Shared Services on cash flow tracking and daily operations
- Monitor working capital (AR, AP, inventory) and highlight issues
- Support execution of funding, payments, and financial instruments
6. Business & Commercial Support
- Support commercial team by verifying cost data and preparing pricing analysis
- Provide operational financial insights and support cost control initiatives
- Assist in ad hoc analysis and business requests
7. Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as key contact point between finance, Shared Services, and business teams
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or equivalent is a plus
- 6–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience working with Shared Services or multinational companies is preferred
- Good command of English
