Finance Specialist/Supervisor

Job Summary:Responsible for the company's accounting, tax and financial operations, ensuring compliance, risk control and accurate financial reporting for local management and the parent company.

Key Responsibilities :

-Evaluate customer credit and payment capacity; manage payment vouchers.

- Maintain full accounting records in line with accounting and tax regulations.

- Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations and monthly closings.

- Manage inventory and fixed assets, including depreciation calculations.

- Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholdings, etc.).

- Provide financial statements and reports for local and headquarters.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

- Identify financial risks and improve internal controls and processes.

- Assist with SAP implementation and generate required financial reports.

- Monitor updates in accounting and tax legislation.

Requirement:

-Bachelor's degree or above, valid professional license

-At least 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience (SAP experience preferred).

-Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws.

-Experience in bank reconciliations, monthend closing and financial statements.

-Proficiency in Chinese is required.
