Finance Specialist/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1、Funds & Risk Management: Manage offshore liquidity, prepare cash flow forecasts, and mitigate financial risks.

2、Settlements: Handle end-to-end cross-border settlements (including T/T, L/C, Collections, and Guarantees), ensuring timely fund receipts and ledger maintenance.

3、Financing:Expand credit facilities and optimize financing structures to minimize costs.

4、Compliance & Operations: Manage bank account lifecycles (opening/closing), ensure adherence to domestic and international FX regulations, and support audits.

5、Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic treasury reports. Monitor FX markets and execute hedging strategies.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2、At least 1 years of experience in offshore fund management or cross-border settlements (MNC or foreign bank experience preferred).

3、Strong knowledge of FX policies, international banking procedures, and basic hedging strategies.

4、Languages: Fluent English (written/spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
