Financial Analysis Specialist

Title: Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) - Finance Business Partner

Location: Bangkok, Near BTS Phrom Phong

We are looking for a strong Finance BPA / Finance Business Partner to support Thailand P&L planning and performance management, working closely with country, cluster, and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, forecasting, and performance management for Thailand P&L
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and translate insights into clear messages for senior management
• Act as Finance Business Partner to cross‑functional teams, challenging assumptions and strengthening business plans
• Support month-end closing and ensure quality, timely financial reporting
• Identify risks & opportunities and support change / process improvement initiatives
• Support S/4 transition and ad‑hoc business requests

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Business Partnering
• Solid experience in Financial Analysis & Modeling
• Strong finance fundamentals (corporate finance preferred; pharma background not required).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Thai
