About Our Client
A company operating in the Technology & Telecoms industry based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances between actual vs budget vs forecast.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals for OPEX and depreciation.
- Review CAPEX project costs and maintenance of CAPEX project documentation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in FP&A
- Prior experience from Big 4 audit firms is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry, and/or shared services is advantageous.
