Financial Analyst (Financial Planning)

Job Summary

- Provide and analyze financial planning to support corporate and subsidiaries business plan, funding plan, financial risk management and credit rating

- Team member for financial due diligence for merger and acquisition, evaluate new investment / acquisition form the financial point of view to supportgrowth (CIM process)

- Provide post-invested evaluation and divestment for corporate sustainability

- Provide impairment test in order to support financial statement closing

Job Description

- Provide financial projection based on various scenarios for corporate and each of subsidiaries in order to support corporate sustainability and growth, business plan, risk management, funding plan and credit rating

- Team member for financial due diligence, valuation, and concerned risk of internal projects and investment in order to support Corporate Investment Management and growth strategy.

- Evaluate post-invested projects and divestment for corporate sustainability

- Provide impairment test in order to support financial statement closing

- Provide information for internal and external in order to support their work(Corporate Planning, Portfolio Management, Insurance, Logistic bank)

- Participate in special assignments

Education

- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Commercial, with Economics Success Profile-Knowledge

- Skills in data analytics

- Good English communication skills with TOEIC score are prefer
