Make a difference as Financial Analyst

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making across ASEAN. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering insights that drive performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic growth while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

What You Will Do

• Review and analyze financial statements and KPI performance reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support
• Build financial models and projections to support planning processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insights
• Collaborate with sales and market teams on price decisions and financial evaluations
• Lead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projects

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 35 years experience in FP&A in a manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, an effective communicator with strong business partnering skills
• Experience in SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools is an advantage
