Consolidate fixed expense (FMI) from Marketing and Sales (M&S) function for business plan (BP), Forecast, as well as actual on a timely basis and generate data report
Provide the support on data preparation for Variable Marketing Expenses
Check and correct FMI and VME actual, accrual, and reconcile and generate actual report
Generate Marketing and Sales (M&S) expense report and profit analysis for M&S functions and the Management team
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, data preparation, and ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years experience in Finance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good in English
Good in Microsoft Office especially excel
Detailed oriented
Having the ability to work independently and as part of the team
