The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive profitability, cost optimization, and business growth in a manufacturing environment.
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Develop financial models to support business strategies, investment decisions, and expansion plans
- Analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends across product lines and channels
- Provide monthly financial analysis with actionable insights to management
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., production cost, yield, inventory, margins) and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions
- Act as a finance business partner to commercial, operations, and supply chain teams
- Support pricing strategies, product profitability analysis, and customer margin evaluation
- Provide financial insights for new product development and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Experience working in plant operations or factory environment is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, business partnering, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English
