Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate large datasets using Excel to support management reporting and financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of financial and deal data; identify discrepancies and respond to internal stakeholder queries.
• Support business case preparation and monitor project costs, budgets, and variances.
• Track project budgets and CAPEX spending, ensuring timely and accurate asset capitalization.
• Assist in monitoring Balance Sheet and Cash Flow accounts, including resolution of long-aged items.
• Support budgeting and re-forecasting across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Collect and analyze monthly actuals for major costs and expenses to support forecasting and cost control.
• Support the BU Controller in monitoring FOH and administrative expenses against approved budgets.
• Assist with ERP (LN) system configuration, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as assigned by the BU Controller or General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• 25 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen with proven analytical, problem-solving, and financial interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint. Power BI experience is a plus.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Strong team player with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
