  • Own monthly G&A budget for Hub sites — consolidate spend, compare to budget, explain variances
  • Reconcile utilities and investigate abnormal usage across Hub locations
  • Maintain Capex tracking register — validate requests, manage PR/PO workflow, reconcile monthly
  • Produce monthly Capex variance report: actual vs. plan with commentary
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities each quarter — build the case and track realized savings

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Finance, FP&A, or business controlling — any fast-moving industry
  • Track record of owning a budget function independently — not supporting someone else's
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets; clear analytical communication
  • Experience engaging Ops, Engineering, or Procurement directly without management facilitation
  • High ownership and challenger mindset — pushes back on unjustified budget requests
  • Background in G&A or Capex — we will train the gap
