Financial Business Consultant

The Lead OFSAA Basel III Functional Consultant provides functional leadership for the design, implementation, and delivery of regulatory capital solutions using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The role includes leading the implementation of Basel III Reforms, overseeing the configuration and validation of credit risk approaches (Standardized and IRB).

The consultant serves as a key liaison between business, risk, IT, and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring Basel solutions are regulatory-compliant, auditable, scalable, and aligned with supervisory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, including hands-on delivery of at least two end-to-end OFSAA Basel implementation and upgrade programs.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as FRM (GARP) or PRM are highly desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to clearly articulate complex Basel regulatory concepts to both technical development teams and senior business or regulatory stakeholders.
