Financial Business Controller

Responsibilities

• To be responsible in gathering information and formulating reports related to Sub region; to carry out Revenue & cost analysis and budgetary comparison and explanation of Revenue & cost variances.
• To assist Sub region CFO in implementing projects in relation to the requirements of the Region and Sub region board.
• To coordinate with Country CFO in Sub region in all other aspects such as general accounting, accounts reconciliation and analysis.
• To provide feed-back & analysis for Sub Regional Finance Steering Groups & Review Boards.
• To effectively manage the Finance Reporting in Sub region, to ensure that the Sub region objectives are achieved in a cost-effective manner and to provide accurate and timely financial and management reports in compliance with region and Corporate Division.
• To monitor and advise on assigned business for finance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CA or equivalent)
• At least 6 years experience in auditing, financial accounting, management reporting and costing accounting.
• Strong Technical skill in Finance & Accounting Planning Analysis field
• Good communication both in Thai and English required
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)
• Apart from G Tower Grand Rama 9, able to travel and visit sites in outer areas of Bangkok such as Bang na or Wang Noi sometime required.
