A leading manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead Finance & Accounting and partner with the CFO in driving business performance.
Job Description
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounting function and provide strategic financial direction.
- Oversee financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and profitability improvement.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial planning.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business and investment decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance & Accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Extensive experience in Finance & Accounting, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
